ABOUT VIGR FITNESS
Get started with 50+ bodyweight exercises spread across various fitness levels, and we are sure you’ll keep getting better and fitter.
Vigr is based on High intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts – such workouts alternate between quick intense exercises with short rest periods. In this training technique you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Perfect for anyone with a busy schedule. Get a full body workout in avg. 20 mins.

• Burn more fat and preserve muscles: Vigr workouts  help you burn more fat and calories in next 24 hours after a workout than you do after, say, a steady-pace run.
